VK Pack Well – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VK DripShakti Irrigation, operated by VK Pack Well Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. VK Pack Well reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Use of Website

Your account login credentials must be kept confidential. VK Pack Well reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent use.

3. Product Information and Pricing

VK Pack Well strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or descriptions. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept secure online payments using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not charge any additional fees for using payment gateways.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. VK Pack Well is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, third parties, or force majeure events. In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation but cannot guarantee replacement or refund until resolved.

6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Customers have 10 days from delivery to initiate a return.

  • Only replacements are allowed; refunds are not issued.

  • Management holds sole discretion to approve replacements.

  • Return shipping costs for incorrect orders placed by customers will be borne by the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of VK Pack Well and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VK Pack Well will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or products.
