Transit Risk

All shipments made by VK Packwell are fully insured at no extra cost.

In case of loss during transit, we will re-process the order without additional charges.
Tracking of Shipment

Once dispatched, tracking details including courier name, website, and tracking number will be sent via email.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active.
Change of Shipping Address

Address changes must be requested via email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Ready to Ship Section

Products in the "Ready to Ship" section are prioritized for 6–8 day delivery.
