Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VK DripShakti Irrigation System Product, customer satisfaction is our priority. We supply only the best quality products and accessories. Therefore, returns are rarely needed. However, we do offer a Replacement Scheme in cases of damaged, faulty, or incomplete deliveries.

 

Replacement Policy

When is a replacement applicable? 
If any product is found to be:

  • Faulty or damaged
  • Missing accessories
  • Delivered incorrectly

Customers are advised to inform V.K. Packwell at e-commerce@vkgroupindia.in with all relevant details. Upon verification, if the complaint is found genuine, we will process a replacement of the product.


Delivery Verification Guidelines

Customers must verify the total number of cartons/boxes/bags at the time of delivery, as per the dispatch details provided by V.K. Packwell. If there is a shortage:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Inform V.K. Packwell immediately
  • Obtain a short delivery written letter from the courier/logistics provider

Open Box Deliveries
For open box deliveries:

  • Do not accept the product if it is different or damaged
  • Once accepted, we will only process returns for manufacturing defects

 

Installation Products
For products that require installation by VK Packwell service partners:

  • Do not open the product packaging yourself
  • Only authorized personnel should perform unboxing and installation

 

Replacement by Service Personnel
In case of a complaint:

  • Our authorized service technician will inspect the issue
  • If a part can be replaced to resolve the issue, it will be done free of cost
  • A product replacement will be done only if repair is not possible


Returns

We offer a 3-day return window, starting from the date of received date.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original packaging and accessories must be intact
  • MRP tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Correct product name/image/serial number
  • All accessories included
  • No signs of wear, stains, or tampering

  • Approved returns will receive a shipping label and return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will be rejected.
  • If the wrong product is ordered by the customer, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds

  • Only replacement of the product will be entertained. No refund will be issued.
  • Management reserves the right to decide whether to issue a replacement or take any other action based on the nature of the complaint.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
  • To cancel, email your order number to e-commerce@vkgroupindia.in.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product first, and place a new order separately.
